Read the other two from the author cause characters from the previous ones are in this one. And it just makes sense. This book is about time travel with a regency flair to it. Or vice versa. While time travel is usually not my thing, I have enjoyed this series. We learn about Lady Marian in An Uncertain Future /5(15). A DISTANT PAST, AN UNCERTAIN FUTURE is a novel about life and the impact of friends and sharing that sustains us. This is a superb novel further establishing JR /5(4). This book will be relevant to environmental modellers, practitioners and decision makers in hydrology, hydraulics, ecology, meteorology and oceanography, geomorphology, geochemistry, soil science, pollutant transport and climate change. A companion website for the book can be found at d by: (Irwin Wall, University of California, Riverside) An Uncertain Future is a fascinating collection of testimonies from the Jews in Dijon about the joys and sorrows of their lives and those of their families in twentieth-century France. Readers will be engaged and moved by the autobiographical accounts of these decent people struggling with the Holocaust and its legacies and their continuing 5/5(1).
